About 600 elementary students learned the Local Policiía for more than a week driver education (05/03/2010)

Activities completed Driver Education Program has been developed in schools Archena, since last February 24 until Thursday, March 4.

The activities were coordinated and run by the Cape of Local Police, Road Safety Manager, Joseph Velasco, in close collaboration with the Department of Education and participating in the same all tutors Police assigned to each school.

The participating institutions have been 'Miguel Medina', 'Jose Alcolea Lacal', 'Rio Segura', 'Michelle Sanz' and 'Fuensanta'.

The classes were aimed at students in years 3, 4 and Primary 5, ie, they participated in a total of 600 students.

The contents of the classes were primarily based on a theoretical talk about standards and behavior in traffic, safety, respect for other road users, the importance of knowing and obeying traffic signals and, in particular took effect in cycling, both in urban and interurban road, as this is the vehicle commonly used by students for their travel and entertainment.
