The regional government will contribute 493,887 euros to build a new Center for Child Care (ISC) in the hamlet of La Algaida archenera, a total investment of 845,175 euros, which the municipality will in a little over a year with a new CAI, which will create 12 jobs.

The Minister of Social Policy, Women and Migration, Joaquín Bascuñana, today made the cornerstone of the center, in an act that was accompanied by Director General of Family and Children, Laura Muñoz, and the mayor of the municipality, Manuel Marcos .

The new center will have one floor of 717 square meters and have an outer surface of 3,969 square meters.

The CAI will have 66 beds in two age levels: two units for 13 children from 12 to 24 months and 20 for children 24 to 36 months.

In addition, each classroom will have a place for children with special educational needs will be seats for children with special educational needs and for those who are in situations of social emergency.

In addition to these 66 seats, the municipality is already running another 52 subsidized with 793,422 euros from the regional executive.

So the town will have a total of 118 seats.

The facilities of this CAI will consist of common use areas such as multipurpose rooms and toilets and changing area, places for food preparation, adult service areas, kitchen, laundry and outdoor children's play .
