President of the Autonomous Community agrees that the iron bridge a reality for Archena during this legislature (28/08/2015)

The President of the Autonomous Community, Pedro Antonio Sanchez, met today at the Palace of San Esteban to the Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, to discuss future plans for the city.

At the meeting, the President is committed to make the construction of the iron bridge, in the absence of the award of the project amounting to 4 million euros, as it is the main access to Archena and considering that currently generates problems traffic, given the large number of cars a tourist town.

The Mayor has stated that the iron bridge is an "essential infrastructure for Archena, which undoubtedly will enhance even more, tourism in the town."

Patricia Fernández has also requested the collaboration of the Autonomous Region for the rehabilitation of the food market, together with the Ministry of Commerce, which has already carried out a technical study to confirm its viability.

Another aspect that have tried the Mayor and the President has been the revitalization of the Business Incubator of Murcia, whose work will be finished before the end of this year 2015, and that will be a key for young entrepreneurs of the city pillar.

The first municipal authority has requested a council of government in Murcia, where you can strike up a meeting with each of the Regional Directors, and power and address the different municipal project to be undertaken during this term.

The Mayor has appeared very satisfied with the meeting and has been very grateful for the support that the President of the Community has shown, once again, by the archenero municipality.
