An agreement between municipality and autonomous region will continue to allow carry out all actions that are performed in primary care worth more than 200,000 euros (18/05/2011)

Archena Mayor, Manuel Marcos Sánchez Cervantes, has signed a collaboration agreement with the Director of Social Policy, Women and Migration in the Autonomous Community of Murcia, Joaquín Bascuñana for the development of a series of actions on social services Primary Health Care and valid for two years.

Among other activities, thanks to this agreement, you may pay the daily tasks and maintenance of the Center for Primary Care Services Archena, continue the development of home help service, including additional and extraordinary, such as providing these services on weekends and holidays, meals on wheels, remote assistance and opportunities for respite care on caregivers.

And with the signing of this agreement will also be provided for financing of professionals to strengthen care for dependent people.

The launch of this partnership will cost during the duration of the same over 200,000 euros, which will provide the Autonomous Community of Murcia Region (one of the items is co-financed with the Ministry of Health), and more than 50,000 euros will be funded by the City Council of Archena.
