| Patricia Fernández: "It is about continuing to support the hospitality sector by complying with Health standards due to the pandemic, since it is an essential sector for the local economy "| The Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernández, together with Yayo Delgado, communication manager of Estrella de Levante, as official sponsor of this edition, presented this morning in the gardens of the Museum of Archena an innovative Route of the Tapa de Archena in '' takeaway ', which this year will develop differently due to the health crisis we are experiencing. One of the most outstanding novelties is that the order of the different covers can be collected without getting out of the car and in an area equipped with all the security measures for the occasion.
The Mayor of Archena stated that "just a week ago we presented the campaign to support the hospitality sector 'At Christmas, Archena gives hospitality gifts' and today, again we present a new pioneering project at the national level to promote a sector of the most harmed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
" This very special Tapa Route sponsored by Estrella de Levante will have a menu of more than 20 different tapas prepared by the seven participating establishments in the town.
People who wish to do so can drive or walk to the site, located in the motorhome parking, next to the municipal sports center and collect their order.
Before, if you wish, you can call the contact number 682 59 96 55 to make your previous order and have your order prepared, thus avoiding queues and waiting. The event will take place on 20, 21 and 22 November, from 12.00 to 15.00 and from 19.30 to 22.30. The first municipal authority has also highlighted the boost that is also intended to be given to local businesses, as 4 prizes of € 200 will be raffled off at any store in Archena among all orders from customers on this route. Patricia Fernández thanked Estrella de Levante and, especially, her communication manager, Yayo Delgado, for once again betting unconditionally on Archena and more on a sector such as the hospitality industry, which currently requires the effort and support of all.
