The shifts will be morning and afternoon from Monday to Friday, also introducing the teleworking modality. The main purpose of this new measure, according to the mayor, Patricia Fernández, "is to avoid close contacts between workers and facilitate the reconciliation of family and work life." Teleworking will also be another important factor in this new staff organization.
"It is essential to learn to combine face-to-face work and telework in order to adapt to the new times," says Patricia Fernández. The municipal services hours will continue to be the usual ones, this time extended to the afternoons of the week.
