| The action requires the cutting of the road that is located in the vicinity of the Iron Bridge until next September 7 | The Ministry of Development and Infrastructure today begins the works to improve road safety on the access crossing to the municipality of Archena (T-554), in the vicinity of the Iron Bridge, which will involve the repair of a subsidence and the damaged road surface in that area, possibly caused by the last episodes of rains The action, which has a regional investment of more than 48,000 euros, consists of the elimination of the material affected by the water seepage and its replacement with a suitable one, as well as the resurfacing of a 70-meter-long section. The general director of Roads, José Antonio Fernández Lladó, reported that the works will last until September 7 and to carry out this work the road will remain closed to traffic for the next three weeks. "To facilitate mobility in the area, a conveniently marked alternative detour has been set up through the streets of Mexico City, Puente de los Mazos and Avenida del Río Segura," explained the director.
