The Archena City Council has launched an initiative aimed at parents and legal guardians nationwide entitled "Healthy habits during the Coronavirus pandemic in children and adolescents."

This project, a pioneer in Spain, is organized by the Department of Health and Sports and led by José Francisco López Gil, a doctor from the University of Murcia and a Health and Nutrition Technician from the Archena City Council.

The objective of this initiative is to know the effect of this quarantine period on the healthy habits (physical activity, diet, physical activity, sedentary behavior, quality of sleep, etc.) of children and adolescents during this Alert Situation experienced in the whole country.

For this, the collaboration of fathers, mothers and guardians has been requested, since it will be very important for the future, both to establish recommendations for healthy habits in case of future peaks, and to record future generations about this alarming stage that our society is living.

Likewise, indicate that the data requested on children and adolescents is anonymous.
