In the same vein, the High Commissioner of the General Courts, at the request of Huermur, keeps an investigation open to the Archena City Council for the lack of transparency in providing a series of documentation on the irrigation infrastructures of the Archena ditch .

Documentation that was requested by Huermur in March 2019 under the Law of Transparency, Access to Public Information and Good Governance, and that today remains unanswered.

Huermur also notes that he is still waiting for the General Directorate of Cultural Property of the Ministry of Culture, to respond to Huermur's letter requesting report on whether the tubing works that were reported in March could have affected some type of cultural heritage of the area and if they had permits from the Ministry, since it is known the existence of an archaeological site in the place and the Ferris wheel of the Acebuche that is cataloged and protected by its cultural values.
