The Mayor of Murcia opens "Employment Workshop Garden I" where 18 unemployed learn a trade while working (22/02/2014)

The Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, accompanied by Councillors and Antonio José Andrés Luna Palazón opened Employment Workshop Gardens I, a mixed program of Employment and Training, in which 18 local unemployed Archena form, in field of restoration and maintenance of gardens and green areas of the municipality, which has an investment of 263,000 euros.La Mayor indicated that such initiatives "are essential in times of crisis, in which we must support actions to improve the situation of the unemployed, "noting that these workshops will allow the unemployed to learn a trade while doing productive work in works of general interest to Archena.

These students will work on the installation and maintenance of gardens and plant health control as well as conducting practices laborales.La duration of this training program and employment shall be twelve months and consists of four modules of learning and practice and will enable further students obtain the professional certificate level II.

The Mayor finally highlighted the efforts of the City to achieve and implement these programs to help teach and recycle greatly if many workers currently unemployed, in addition to offering a job during that time.
