The City Council awarded 8,000 euros to Red Cross relief efforts to develop, emergency prevention and medical transportation, among others (08/02/2013)

Archena City Council has awarded a grant of â‚¬ 8,000 to the Red Cross Regional Committee in Murcia for the development of various programs and activities ambulance during the year 2013, as is clear from the agreement signed by the Mayor of Murcia, Patricia Fernandez, and the President of the Regional Committee of the Red Cross.

Thanks to this support, Red Cross may make acrtividades Archena relief, emergency intervention and social solidarity, and must also provide coverage for foreseeable risk activities scheduled by the City and relaciondas with sports, public events and celebrations.

In addition, Red Cross has an obligation to provide training in prevention of first aid to those who request it.
