Hundreds of people visited last night the three local museums that are currently open to the public in the municipality of Archena, within the international day of museums, which was held yesterday also in the archenera town.
These are the museums of Our Father Jesus, dedicated to this ancient brotherhood of Holy Week archenera;
The one of the Esparto, located in an old Palacete, and specialized in this element púramente huertano;
And that of Local History, from where this nocturnal museum route was started.
The Mayor of Archena, Patricia Fernández, and Councilors José Juan González, Mari Carmen Alcolea and Alicia Medina inaugurated this cultural walk in the Museum of History, after a performance by the folk group Virgen de la Salud.
Next, and in groups were the visitors accessing these museum dependencies.
All the visits were accompanied by a tour guide and in each of the three museums were staged each section with characters dressed in each of the eras exposed or demonstrations of the manufacture of vegetable objects, in the case of the Museum of Esparto.
