The Municipal Government Board of Archena has approved, among the most important issues, the signing of a collaboration agreement with the property of the site that exists in the Plaza de España, in front of the City Council, so that users of the Disability Day Center 'Llano del Barco', directed by a professional local artist, can paint on the walls of this site a commemorative mural of the Centenary of the famous Archenero painter Inocencio Medina Vera.
The Department of Culture has scheduled for the next twelve months a series of cultural events to commemorate the centenary of the death of the Archenero painter, in 1918, which is also part of this realization.
